A vacancy has arisen in Ysbyty Cwm Rhondda for a Hotel Services Assistant. This post will consist of 1 x 25hr contract.

The successful candidate will be required to work within a patient environment and previous experience would be an asset. The main duties of the post will be Catering to include providing a service to wards and restaurant facilities in accordance with departmental schedules and specifications, also in the event of service pressure and according to the Job Description requirements of this role successful candidates may be required to perform cleaning duties.

Flexibility is essential and the successful candidates will be expected to adapt to service pressures and modernisation. Also the successful candidates would need to be flexible with regard to movement throughout all Health Board sites. The successful candidates must observe and maintain the highest standards of personal hygiene, confidentiality, courtesy and consideration to all patients and fellow employees.

This post is monthly paid.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
